COSTCO DROPS $2.99 APPLE PIE SUNDAE AT FOOD COURTS

The Costco Apple Pie Sundae costs just $2.99, and fans are already drooling over Costco’s newest food court dessert.

The limited-time treat began showing up at U.S. Costco warehouses in October 2026. It combines vanilla soft serve, apple pie filling and pieces of pie crust, and it costs the same as earlier offerings like Vanilla Crunch, Dexerto reported.

Food reviewer MorganChomps tried it and shared a review on Instagram.

“I will say the apple pie filling itself tastes a little better and almost thicker than a normal canned one would,” MorganChomps said in the video.

The San Francisco Chronicle called the sundae a portable take on apple pie à la mode. Food reviewers Paul and Jaron, who post as PB&J, called it “the bomb” and said Costco was generous with the apple topping.

The crust pieces are cinnamon-dusted, Allrecipes reported. Dexerto put the calorie count at 750 to 770.

Costco-focused creator Veronica Seabrooks, who runs the verified Instagram account @costco.savvy, called the timing “perfect with fall in full swing.”

Commenters piled on. “I need to stay away from the food court. Jesus Christ, that looks good,” one wrote. Another said, “Costco food courts doing LTO’s is blowing my mind lately lol.”

One fan told the crowd, “When you think Costco cannot top the Strawberry Shortcake [Sundae], they do this. I must try.”

Costco has been on a roll with new treats, from mini croissant donuts to this sundae. The specialty sundae flavor typically changes about every quarter, Southern Living reported.

The Apple Pie Sundae had reached a number of U.S. Costco stores, though availability may vary by location, and Costco has not announced an end date for the limited-time item.
