Police responded after a caller reported a man with a gun at the restaurant, Local 12 reported.

Wable allegedly walked in with a firearm and confronted a cook, claiming the man had sex with his wife. He yelled, “You f—ed my b— bro,” according to a witness account in the New York Post.

A witness told police the confrontation escalated after the cook was pushed.

Wable allegedly pointed the gun at the cook. The weapon went off, and Wable suffered a gunshot wound to his leg.

A witness said he then shouted, “I’m leaking.”

The fight spilled into the parking lot, where Wable allegedly chased the cook with a knife.

He then drove off in his wife’s SUV, a Buick Enclave, the Post reported. Police tracked it with Flock cameras, Local 12 reported.

Wable allegedly refused to stop and led officers on a pursuit that hit about 110 mph. Law & Crime reported that court documents said the SUV nearly went airborne.

The chase ended when the SUV crashed into a brick house, NJ.com reported.

Court documents described Wable as “disoriented” and said he “began stumbling to his right” after climbing out. Officers used a stun gun when he allegedly failed to follow commands, Local 12 reported. His gunshot wound was treated after he was taken into custody.

Other preliminary felony charges include unlawful carrying of a handgun, pointing a firearm, resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and operating while intoxicated with endangerment. Reports also list misdemeanors, including resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended.

Court documents said Wable was previously convicted in 2021 of carrying a handgun without a license.

Wable is being held in Delaware County without bond pending a bond hearing, and an initial hearing is scheduled for October 19, 2026.
