GISELE BÜNDCHEN BOUGHT NEXT-DOOR SURFSIDE HOME FOR $14.5M

GISELE BÜNDCHEN BOUGHT NEXT-DOOR SURFSIDE HOME FOR $14.5M

Gisele Bündchen paid $14.5 million for the house next to her Surfside home, and aerial photos later showed it demolished.

The six-bedroom property in Surfside, Florida, was reported bought on November 26, 2025, and Daily Mail said it sits right beside her existing residence on Biscayne Bay.

The property listing sold the place as the “ultimate coastal lifestyle.” Daily Mail obtained photos showing landscaped grounds, palm trees, a pool and a boat dock stretching into the bay. The listing also described top-of-the-line appliances and a private spa.

The neighbors and the family

Bündchen has lived in Surfside for years. Her ex-husband, Tom Brady, lives across Biscayne Bay on Indian Creek Island, which Daily Mail said is nicknamed “Billionaire Bunker.” The two divorced in 2022.

Bündchen and her partner, Joaquim Valente, had a son in February 2025. A source told Page Six, “This was unexpected. Joaquim has always wanted a family, so she is happy to be able to give this to him.”

Her main Surfside house was already a big-ticket buy. The Real Deal reported she bought it in October 2022 for $11.5 million through a trust, and called it a likely teardown.

Demolition photos and expansion talk

HOLA reported that aerial photos published May 27, 2026 showed the neighboring house demolished, with construction crews at the site. The outlet called the work an apparent expansion.

Another report added detail about what was torn down. Click Petróleo e Gás said the house had a pool, a private spa, a palm-lined garden and a pier, and that the site was expected to be folded into Bündchen’s residential complex.

A Pure Equity real-estate overview said the two Surfside purchases add up to about $26 million at the reported prices, before any construction costs.

HOLA’s May 27, 2026 report said crews were beginning what appeared to be an expansion, and that merging the two properties into a private family compound was “believed” to be the plan.
