GEORGIA TEACHER ALLEGEDLY HAD ONLYFANS, SEX WITH STUDENTS
A Georgia science teacher allegedly had sex with students while keeping an OnlyFans account while employed at her high school. Maris Nichols, 25, is a former teacher at Alexander High School in Douglas County, Georgia.
Nichols was arrested and booked on May 8, 2026, on sexual-assault-related charges. On June 18, 2026, the New York Post reported that search-warrant allegations described an OnlyFans account she allegedly maintained while working at the school.
The Post reported that a video allegedly showed Nichols having sex with a student while wearing a “Jesus Loves You” sweater.
The Post also reported that students who knew about the account allegedly blackmailed Nichols for better grades, citing court documents and WSB-TV.
What the warrants allege
Authorities said the case involved six children, and four were identified as Alexander High School students.
The Georgia Gazette‘s booking record listed the initial accusation as sexual assault by a person with supervisory or disciplinary authority.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that warrants alleged Nichols had sex with a student in a school closet on April 23 and in a driveway on May 2. The warrants also alleged she had sex with another Alexander High student in the back of his truck at St. Andrews Golf Club on May 3.
The warrants, which spanned January to early May, also alleged she sent nude videos and pictures and engaged in inappropriate messaging with teenagers. They alleged she used the phrase “she liked him” while grooming a student.
The Douglas County School System said it began an investigation promptly after learning of the allegations, Savannah Morning News reported.
What happened next
On May 21, 2026, additional charges involving more teenagers were brought. Nichols was then released on a $74,000 bond.
Her bond conditions barred contact with minors other than her own daughter and required electronic monitoring.
On June 23, 2026, prosecutors moved to revoke the bond. Atlanta News First reported that they alleged Nichols violated her conditions 85 times in 27 days.
The motion said: “The Defendant’s bond conditions clearly limited her movements to approved activities, including employment, religious services, attorney visits, medical appointments, and court appearances.”
A grand jury then indicted Nichols on 27 counts on June 24, 2026, WRDW/WAGT reported. The counts included sexual contact by an employee or agent, sexual exploitation of children, grooming a minor, electronically furnishing obscene material to minors, cruelty to children, child molestation and attempted tampering with evidence.
Nichols was booked at the Douglas County Jail after the indictment and appeared before a judge on June 25, 2026. She was told a Superior Court judge could set bond, and a bond-revocation hearing was scheduled for June 29, 2026.
11Alive reported that the indictment alleged conduct over multiple months in 2026. It alleged grooming, sexual conduct, explicit images and an attempt to have a student delete messages and photographs.
The counts are allegations, not convictions.
Nichols waived a scheduled bond hearing and remained in jail pending further court proceedings, 11Alive reported on August 6, 2026.
