SHIRTLESS BALCONY MAN AT WEDDING WENT VIRAL, 19.3M VIEWS
A shirtless balcony man stole the spotlight at a California wedding, and the TikTok of him has racked up 19.3 million views.
The ceremony took place on July 18, 2026, outdoors in the Garden Courtyard at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa in La Jolla. From a balcony in a building opposite, a shirtless man watched the ceremony, right in the sightline of the ceremony and its guests.
The person who filmed it was an unnamed hotel guest staying on the third floor with her boyfriend. They spotted him just as the bridal party started down the aisle.
“He’s going to move, right? He has to know he’s standing right at the end of the aisle and that everyone is going to see him?” she told People.
“That’s when I pulled out my phone,” she said.
What she saw from the third floor
The guest said the sight was too good to skip. “I had to capture the moment. And, not to mention, he looked like a supermodel?! My boyfriend and I were in complete disbelief. There was even a woman standing near us who pointed him out too!”
He did not move. India Today reported that he stayed on the balcony while the ceremony continued.

How the video took off
Several days after the ceremony, the guest posted the clip to the @peggyandsusie TikTok account. She said she shared it because she thought people might find it funny.
The caption read: “The LORD already testing HER ðŸ˜#wedding #bride”
The video passed 19.3 million views, and Index.hr reported 3.7 million likes and about 18,000 comments.
Some joked that the man was the bride’s “first test of temptation,” Index.hr reported.
Others focused on the unusual vantage point and on how the man looked.
