Grown-Ups on TikTok Are Showing Off The Baby Blankets They Won’t Give Up

Did you have a special stuffed animal or blanket as a child? You know—a raggedy, well-loved comfort item present in almost every photo taken of you? Many of us still have them. Even in absolutely dire condition, they still manage to give us a sense of peace or transport us to less complicated times. It can be embarrassing to admit that we still care a lot about a soggy blanket, but adults on TikTok participating in a new trend are embracing their childhood totems and showing them off without shame.

The “show your baby blanket” trend began with TikTok user @coreyxnathaniel, who tells us that even though he’s 24, he still sleeps with his baby blanket.
