Daughter’s Sweet Notes To Mom Hidden In Her Purse Go Viral

Twitter user @hovitaaa recently shared photos of some adorable handwritten notes that her daughter wrote then put in her purse for her to find during her workday.

Although Twitter is probably most talented at sharing news that will ruin your day, once in a while, we get a joyous occasion of the opposite. This was one of those times.

People were crying over the absolute sweetness of this little girl’s notes to her mama. It’s a special day when you’re crying happy tears on Twitter.

Several people hoped that the tiny author was immediately rewarded for her adorable sweetness, in the form of a girls’ day with her mom.

People shared memories of times in their childhoods that they (or their siblings) had done something similar—or times that, as parents, they received such cuteness from their own little ones.

Others simply remembered times that their parents had shown them love.

And, while on the topic, a bunch of people seemed to seriously reconsider their reproductive preferences.

A few mourned their own childhoods, recalling times that their parents had ignored or dismissed such displays of love from them. Others pointed out that children most often show love in the ways that they are taught (usually by parents’ modeling behaviors) to show love. 

Some laughingly remembered leaving sneaky notes for their parents that weren’t quite so sweet.

Others recalled the days of being kids who were tweeting about things their parents had done, noting the role reversal that comes with age.
