Sacha Baron Cohen is arguably best known for his role as the outlandish character, Borat. Borat tweeted a series of “praises” for the 45th President of the United States, saying that he is a “true leader” and took shots at all of his “accomplishments during the COVID pandemic that’s claimed the lives of over 200,000 lives.

Borat also poked fun at the rally that Trump was advised not to hold but in true Trump fashion, did so anyway.

Cohen and his production team filmed the movie during the pandemic and there were moments where he genuinely feared for his life. There’s one scene where he went to a gun rally in an actual bulletproof vest and almost didn’t make it out alive.
