The community around Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump’s Palm Beach, Florida social club, make no bones about how much they cannot stand the former president’s presence in the area.
When he returned on the day of incoming President Joe Biden’s inauguration, he was given an appropriate welcome, from above.
This weekend, planes flew with banners stating, “Trump Worst President Ever” and “Trump You Pathetic Loser Go Back To Moscow,” which were visible from Mar-a-Lago.

Interestingly enough, a significant number of his Palm Beach neighbors are venturing to oust him from making Mar-a-Lago his residence, seeking to enforce a binding agreement from 1993, which converted the estate into a legal private social club and prohibited any measure of permanent stay.
The agreement states that no member, including Trump, can stay longer than 21 days a year, or a max of three non-consecutive seven-day visits.
Reports of longtime members leaving the club continue to pop up, according to CNN. Laurence Leamer, a historian on Mar-a-Lago, told MSNBC host Alex Witt on “Weekends with Alex Witt” on Saturday, that members are “not concerned about politics, and they said the food is no good.”
“They don’t want anything to do with Donald Trump,” he said, via Business Insider. “Many of the members, they’re not going there very often because it’s a very dispirited place.”
