We’ve been waiting for the Biden campaign to show its petty-bitch side and well, well, well, it has finally happened.
This week, we learned the Biden campaign bought KeepAmericaGreat.com just so they could list every broken promise Donald Trump has made during his first term.
And while it’s kinda demoralizing to see this behavior from two people vying to lead our country, it’s also… kinda funny?
(Sorry! It’s just that Trump really, really deserves to be trolled by anyone and everyone.)
The website reads:
“Trump isn’t looking for a second term – he’s looking for a do-over. Here’s how Trump’s record stacks up against the promises he made to the American people…” and goes on to list 12 broken promises Trump made to the American people.
The broken promises range from the Mexico/United States border wall, health care, education, and more. A big call-out throughout the site is his handling of the COVID-19 outbreak and how he let down Americans who needed — and still need — help:
“President Trump failed to meaningfully address the pandemic, and his relative inaction has led to nearly six months of economic chaos, millions of lost jobs, and 180,000 American lives lost — with no end to the coronavirus pandemic in sight.”
Another broken promise reads:
“President Trump’s tenure has been defined by insufficient wage increases for working families, massive federal tax cuts for the wealthiest and well-connected and giant corporations, and now millions of lost jobs and livelihoods due to his botched handling of COVID-19.”
One Twitter user used the site to try to attract Trump supporters, and it’s a pretty clever way to get people to click the link.
