Lesley Maxwell has almost 75 thousand followers on Instagram who sign in to check out her diet tips and workout routines. At 63 years old, Maxwell is very fit.
The Australian grandmother told Greenlemon that she is a size 8, and works out five days a week to maintain her muscular physique. and refuses to eat anything processed or with preservatives. She claims that people frequently mistake her for the sister of her 20-year-old granddaughter, Tia.

Maxwell offered some suggestions for how to manage holiday eating, by saying, “My tips for eating over the Christmas period would be to eat more turkey rather than cakes. One is protein, while the other breaks down into sugar. I would say go easy on the soft drinks and wine too, as these are ’empty calories’ and usually get stored as soft body fat.”
She also suggested people go on some power walks and explained how overemphasizing your strides can have great results.
“Take large strides and squeeze your butt at the top of the movement,” she said. “Burn those extra calories away while walking with family or friends. Anyone can easily do these diet tips.”
But her real recommendation is to maintain a weekly high-intensity workout routine. And find a partner—she loves working out with Tia.
At this point in her life, Maxwell says she is so fit, she still gets attention from men in a much younger age range. Which isn’t too shocking? People don’t suddenly become unattractive at a certain date. But she seems to find it funny that the young guys are into her. Her ex-husband was 13-years younger than her and when she got divorced she really committed to her workouts.
“The guys are from about 18, which is really funny,” she says. “I take everything as a compliment; it’s really great that they even follow me. Of course, I appreciate the male followers, and men definitely add spice to life… I don’t think this changes whatever age we are.”
