A fitness influencer has some interesting ideas for how to get in shape for the new year. Yes, she’s recommending diet and exercise, but one that consists of drinking semen and getting laid.
Tracy Kiss believes that semen is nature’s “very own free and plentiful vitamin,” and has long suggested including it in one’s daily routine.”
“Studies show that ingesting and coming into contact with semen helps women to fight depression, have glowing skin, lowers blood pressure, relieves stress, and reduces your partner’s risks of prostate cancer — some pretty great reasons to make foreplay part of your five-a-day for good health guys and girls,” she claimed.
Kiss also told the Daily Star that she thinks exercising via foreplay and sex will help people looking to get into the groove of the new year start to feel confident and sexy again.
“Whilst beating the (winter) bulge this January I’m encouraging women to also beat their partner’s bulge for some mutually beneficial pleasure and health benefits that you may not have been aware of,” she said.
This is far from the first time Kiss has had some unconventional suggestions for the internet.
She previously suggested men stick to a regular masturbation schedule over the holidays, thinks semen is a great facial moisturizer, and told folks in the early days of the pandemic that drinking semen would help prevent COVID.
There is no scientific basis for the latter, just Kiss claiming she hasn’t had a cold or the flu in years “simply because I lead a healthy, active lifestyle and consume semen on a regular basis.”
“I am going against society’s ‘norm’ to educate and help other people who are missing out on nutrients,” she added.
