Over the years, social media influencer Mary Magdalene has gained a huge online following after spending over $100,000 on major plastic surgeries.

The 25-year-old openly shares her journey with her followers. Her most recent surgeries include, getting her fourth nose job and a “cat-eye” surgery to create a more slanted look. The influencer often boasts that her “new face” resembles a “forest fairy elf,” which seems to be a good thing.

Magdalene often shares photos and videos of herself after procedures. In a series of clips recently shared to her IG account, Magdalene can be seen eight days post-op with her face still swollen and covered in bandages.

“I have to wear my nose Band-Aid for one more week but I already saw my nose yesterday without it and it looks perfect,” she said, according to Daily Mail. “Next week I have my eyebrow transplant, jaw and lips booked then my face will be complete.”

And Magdalene’s facial surgery is just tip of the superficial iceberg. The influencer currently has breast implants, which are a size 38J. She also has expanders in her chest to keep her boobs growing bigger.

“I can just keep growing it,” she said. “I’m gonna keep growing and growing. Until I die, I don’t care. For me there’s not an end point.”

But getting surgery isn’t without risks, and Magdalene has had a few close calls. In 2018, she almost died while on the operating table for a procedure to get “the world’s fattest vagina.”

“I custom designed it, so I have the fattest in the world,” she said. “I almost died during [the] procedure. I had to get two blood transfusions. The doctor said I was losing so much blood, and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die.”

Still, Magdalene thinks the risks are worth the results, and she’s proud of her new appearance.

When she isn’t getting extreme surgeries and sharing with her followers, Magdalene is creating vivid, distorted self-portraits that she sells online.
