Healthy relationships come in many configurations, but not all of them are widely accepted. For the most part, society accepts the standard monogamy relationship, ideally involving a man and a woman, but some people are stepping away from that. And it seems like some social media platforms might not be on board for the shift.

According to Daily Mail, a Brazilian influencer is claiming her Instagram account was deactivated because she’s a part of a throuple.

Natalia Bezerra da Silva, a 26-year-old from Palmas, Brazil, is currently in a relationship with Graziela Veras Parriao Lustosa, a 31-year-old lawyer, and her husband Diogo Matheus Simon, who is a 33-year-old businessman.

Lustosa and Simon have been together exclusively since they were teenagers but later made the decision to open up their relationship. The couple was introduced to Silva through mutual friends, and there was an undeniable attraction.

However, Silva was initially hesitant to blur the lines of friendship.

Eventually, she came around and the three have been together since October 2020.

The thruple has since gone public, which Silva said has caused her personal Instagram account to be deactivated.

“My account wasn’t hacked. In fact, Instagram itself deactivated my account because of the number of complaints due to the impact ‘Vivendo a Tres’ had,” she said.

“Because of the impact, the traditional Brazilian family wanted to bring down my Instagram and they started to report it. But thank God I’ve got it back.”

The trio also has a separate account dedicated to sharing their love and lifestyle. The account has almost 60,000 followers, with the bio: “Three people who decided to live a free love. Every week there’s a box of questions.”

The trio also mentioned that they’ve gone through a lot and will go through more to “sustain this love.” Still, despite the challenges, they are adamant that they will not hide who they are and their relationship.

“We will not shut up, nor hide, we will always fight together against all kinds of prejudice,” the caption continued. “Because love deserves to win!”
