Her procedures include four boob augmentations and a Brazilian butt lift. Now, Bar is claiming she “can’t see her toes.” The self-proclaimed plastic surgery addict also complained about being unable to find a partner because of her huge breasts.

As a child, Bar said she felt uncomfortable in her body and she was often bullied because of her appearance. She was called a “tomboy” and people said she had “stuck on nipples.”

As an adult, Bar made the decision to change the way she looked in order to feel more at home in her body. She has had several boob jobs, a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, and lip and chin fillers since 2013.

Most recently, she had her breasts augmented to an H cup, which requires her to wear a bra even while sleeping to support her new chest.

But despite being happy about her overall appearance, she’s not afraid to share the challenges with her 3 million Instagram followers.

“I can’t see my toes when I look down. Some tasks require me to move a lot or fast. For example, running is very difficult and is painful sometimes,” she wrote.

“My neck sometimes hurt because my implants are very heavy. I wear sports bra mostly during the day and always at night for support.”

As for her love life, Bar said, “It’s very difficult for me now to find serious relationship and I would really like one but I think I scare good guys off. I attract guys that either want arm candy or ones that are famous and rich—but are players. I want something real.”

Bar also mentioned losing “many friends” because of her “plastic surgery decisions.” Still, she remains comfortable with her choices and had a message for her haters.

“But to people who judge me, what I’d say is: ‘everything I’ve done, I’ve done for myself,'” she added.
