Lizzo recently told a crowd in Canada that she’s minding her “fat Black beautiful business” after Kanye West’s recent comments about her weight in a Fox News interview with Tucker Carlson.

West, who goes by Ye, said that “bots” attack the singer for losing weight and that the media promotes a positive view of her current weight, which he says is unhealthy.
“When Lizzo loses 10 pounds and announces it, the bots … on Instagram, they attack her losing weight, because the media wants to put out a perception that being overweight is the new goal when it’s actually unhealthy,” he said. Then he added, “It’s demonic.”

“Let’s get aside from the fact whether it’s fashion and vogue, which it’s not, or if someone thinks it’s attractive, to each his own, it’s actually clinically unhealthy,” West said.
By Sunday, his accounts on Instagram and Twitter had been restricted for posting anti-Semetic posts.
At Liz’s Toronto stop on her The Special Tour, she used some time to address his comments.
“I feel like everybody in America got my motherfucking name in they motherfucking mouth for no motherfucking reason, I’m minding my fat Black beautiful business” Lizzo said.
She then asked if she could stay in Canada and requested someone to marry for citizenship.
Lizzo never mentioned Kanye specifically, which was also how she handled the Aries Spears debacle.
People in the comments chimed in.
“You can stay we love you lizzo!” wrote one Twitter users.
Another, however, said, “Weight is unhealthy! A women doesn’t have to be a super model but a healthy weight is better for you! Kanye wasn’t wrong. Promoting being overweight is not good! Yes, love yourself no matter what but also don’t delude yourself into thinking that bad things are good for you!”
Someone requested, “Damn! Can they take Kanye West instead?!”
