Some folks on social media were critical of the post, saying that Kardashian seemed to be setting up her child to follow a similar path like her model aunt and influencer mom.

According to BuzzFeed, Kardashian was accused of “forcing her insecurities” on her daughter.

“I really, genuinely care about looking good. I probably care more than 90% of the people on this planet. It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above. I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone’s in bed, I’m doing laser treatments,” Kim said in a recent interview with Allure. She even joked that she would eat poop if it helped keep her looking youthful.

At the time of the interview, she was criticized for refusing to acknowledge that she had incredible privilege and was able to afford her beauty routine due to immense wealth and the ability to hire personal trainers and chefs — not to mention frequent beauty spas.

Kardashian, who is mother also to North, 9, Saint, 6, and Psalm, 3 with ex-husband Kanye West, told Jimmy Fallon that Chicago was a “born performer” and “loved everyone clapping for her” after a recent dance recital. So maybe a future in the spotlight is in the cards — but let’s see what Chicago wants to do.
