Newly-released bodycam footage shows “The Flash” star Ezra Miller being belligerent while cops arrest them in Hawaii on March 28 of this year.
The non-binary actor, who goes by they/them pronouns, yells at the cops in the footage, demanding their badge numbers and exclaiming that they did nothing wrong.

A bar patron that Miller allegedly attacked spoke to the officers, saying that the actor attacked him while he was minding his own business playing darts and also spat in his face. When asked about the incident, Miller said that it was the opposite, and that they had been attacked and started filming for a truly bizarre reason, saying, “I film myself when I get assaulted for NFT crypto art.”
Miller then repeatedly demands the officers’ badge numbers and names, shouting until their voice is hoarse, but rather than answering their demands, the officers cuff them and begin searching their pockets.
The actor seems to calm down in the footage once they know they’re being arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment, but Miller says, “I’m being arrested for disorderly conduct? I was assaulted.”
After hearing the disorderly conduct charge, they claim they complied with the officers’ demands and declare their “ninth amendment rights” to not be “unlawfully persecuted for a crime of no designation.” The cops tell them that they weren’t complying with them, and the actor continues to say they did.

When Millers asks the officers what they did wrong, they tell them they allegedly spat in someone’s face, and the actor then claims that the bar patron declared himself to be a Nazi.
Additionally, the actor can be heard complaining in the footage, “Do not touch my ring!” in reference to their Flash ring. They continued to protest the officers’ treatment of them, saying clearly in the footage, “Hey! You just touched my penis! Please don’t do that! I’m transgender non-binary, I don’t want to be searched by a man!”

This isn’t the first time Miller has had a run-in with Hawaii police officers, and since their behavior has come to light, their career seems to be in a bit of a flux.
