Fans first noticed that Doja was feeling Joseph on Twitter.

Noah Schnapp, Joseph’s costar in Stranger Things, saw the tweet. He revealed in a now-removed TikTok that Doja actually reached out to Noah and asked him to set her up with Joseph!

Then she paused — wait a second.

She asked if he had a girlfriend — because Doja is respectful. And Noah’s reply?

Get it, girl.

But wait — she could not find Joseph on social media whatsoever! He “doesn’t have a dm to slide in,” as she hilariously put it.

Girl couldn’t have looked too hard because, uh. This is not exactly cryptic.

So we’re left with a question:

Did Doja commit to her slide?

Was she cool with Noah Schnapp sharing her private texts?

Well, we can answer that last one.

NOPE.

On an Instagram live, she said that the move was a betrayal and “socially unaware and wack.”

In the same Live, she said, “I’m just going to say something right now about the whole f***ing Noah Schnapp thing. I think that, to be fair…first, let’s try to be chill about it.”

She went on, “I made an assumption that he was gonna be chill about it and he went and shared information that I didn’t feel comfortable with him sharing.”

“To be fair, this is, like a kid. Noah…I don’t know how old he is. There’s no way he’s over, like, 21, and he might be, I could be wrong. But when you’re that young you make mistakes.”

She chalked it up to Schanpp being only 17. “To be fair, this is, like a kid. Noah…I don’t know how old he is. There’s no way he’s over, like, 21, and he might be, I could be wrong. But when you’re that young you make mistakes,” she said.
