In the ruling, the judge stated that the Los Angeles jury found that none of the Kardashians defamed Blac Chyna, nor did they cause her E! reality TV show, Rob & Chyna, to be canceled. While the Kardashians all attended the $100 million defamation trial, they were in New York City for the Met Gala when the court’s verdict was passed.

Tokyo Toni, Blac Chyna’s mother, wants to appeal the judge’s decision on the case and has taken to GoFundMe to plead for fans to donate $400,000 for their case to be looked at by a higher court.

Toni, whose real name is Shalana Hunt, shared the link to the GoFundMe fundraiser on social media, as did Chyna herself. It is titled “Cheering for Chyna,” and has only raised $1,281 of the requested $400,000 in the six days since it was posted—an average donation of $12.81 with 100 donors at present.

Tokyo Toni was banned from the courtroom throughout the trial, which lasted for two weeks, for making threats against the Kardashian family and the judge on social media.

Toni went live on Instagram after being kicked out of the courtroom, hurling a slew of insults at the Kardashian family where she said the “looked dead” and compared Kris Jenner to a Saw horror movie character.

Because of the rambling rant, the Kardashians’ attorney Michael Rhodes asked for the judge to ban her from the courtroom, citing Kris Jenner feeling unsafe around Chyna’s mother, and the judge agreed and barred Toni from the two-week defamation trial.

Rhodes called the Kardashians to tell them of their win in court. “They’re very pleased. I hope they enjoy their gala in New York,” Rhodes said.

E! Network executives testified in court that the show was axed because Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s relationship had ended and not due to any actions on the part of the Kardashians to defame Blac Chyna.
