Billie Eilish is only 19 years old and she’s been dealing with growing up in the public eye ever since she rose to fame as an almost-kid. Eilish originally styled herself in baggy shirts and pants, disguising her body underneath, which makes sense considering how much scrutiny the bodies of both women — and girls — get from creeps out there. But Eilish started promoting her new album “Happier Than Ever,” and she decided to switch up her look.
She displayed her figure in a fashion shoot for Vogue, with a front cover that LadBible reports was the fastest Instagram post to hit a million likes at the time. And you can see why:
It feels okay to say this because Eilish says it herself, but the young woman has big breasts. It’s a common thing to have and yet it still seems to be an issue for a lot of people. And according to her, a lot of her fans bailed on her after she started exhibiting them more.
She told Elle that she recently shared another shot of herself in a Miaou tomato-print corset and lost 100,000 followers and received a stream of negative comments:
“People hold on to these memories and have an attachment. But it’s very dehumanizing.” The corset post represents a perfect snapshot of the insanity. “I lost 100,000 followers, just because of the boobs,” she says with a rueful laugh. “People are scared of big boobs.”
The photo itself is actually pretty tame, Eilish just isn’t hiding herself or her body:
“You’re not even supposed to really know who you are until you’re at least my age or older,” she added, about her evolving style.
“The other day, I decided to wear a tank top. It wasn’t even a provocative shirt,” she continued. “But I know people are going to say, ‘Holy fuck, she’s dressing sexy and trying to make a statement.’ And I’m like, ‘No, I’m not. It’s 500 degrees and I just want to wear a tank top.'”
Leave women with big boobs alone.
