CAITLIN CLARK SIGNS BRAND DEAL WITH DICK’S AND FOOT LOCKER
Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark has signed a multi-year partnership with Dick’s Sporting Goods and Foot Locker. The November 4, 2026, agreement makes Clark the first athlete to serve as a brand partner for either retailer.
Both brands have previously worked with athletes on marketing campaigns and in-store events, but never at the brand-partner level. The deal is also the first joint athlete partnership for the companies since Dick’s acquired Foot Locker in May 2025 for $2.4 billion, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

The agreement covers custom marketing campaigns, retail experiences and community events that will support Clark’s signature apparel and footwear.
The announcement follows the October 1, 2026, global release of Clark’s first Nike shoe, the Caitlin 1. CNBC reported the launch was the largest in Nike’s history for a women’s signature shoe. The release, which included an 18-piece clothing line, sold out on retail sites within hours.

Clark said in a statement that she regularly visited Dick’s before the start of sports seasons when she was growing up.
“Being the first ever brand partner for both them and Foot Locker is a really special full-circle moment,” Clark said.
Even though Clark and the Fever were eliminated in the first round of the 2026 WNBA playoffs, she remains one of the league’s biggest stars. SportsPro ranked Clark as the WNBA’s most marketable player and No. 15 among athletes worldwide, according to CNBC. She maintains endorsement deals with Wilson, Gatorade, State Farm and Panini.
Dick’s executive chairman Ed Stack praised Clark’s wide appeal across different athletics. According to WPXI, Stack said in a statement that her love of sports extends beyond basketball to golf, football, soccer, baseball and softball, allowing her to connect with fans across every part of their business.
“Caitlin’s influence reaches far beyond the court. She has captivated fans, inspired a new generation, and brought new energy to the game,” Foot Locker North America senior vice president and chief marketing officer Brett O’Brien said.
