To anyone whose quarantine workout plans didn’t pan out as expected: you probably shouldn’t watch this dog play with his favorite toy.
Bonzo the Rottweiler is just a dude who likes a good pump — that’s why he carries around a 30-pound weight wherever he goes.
Yesenia (Twitter handle @portugi_bruja) alerted the internet of Bonzo’s existence on Aug. 9, when she posted a video of Bonzo and his favorite toy.
In the video, Bonzo casually picks up the 30-pound weight and gracefully trots off with it. He then places it under the table, which we like to believe is the secret hiding spot for his toy.
Naturally, everyone was impressed with Bonzo’s pure athleticism.
The tweet inspired other users to post pictures of their Rottweilers, and everything got even better.
This little fella preferres big rocks over any other toy. My father in law have a hard time building a stone wall in the garden because the rottweiler always keep tearing it apart lol pic.twitter.com/NWbgefU5yw

My boy Tank passed away last year and he was the biggest baby… I raised him from his bottle-feeding puppy days and he lived to be 11 years. I love and miss him so much. Thank you all for sharing your wonderful rotties in this thread. I hate the stigma around the breed. ❤️ pic.twitter.com/1wyL72ktfm

Look at these troublemakers:
I adopted a couple of pups that were rescued just south of the mexican border. Their dna test says they have lots of rottie in them. So far they’ve chewed through a solid wood door and munched on multiple coffee tables???? pic.twitter.com/UKjnt6bVxp

It was also cool to see some Rottie mixes pop up in the thread.
My dogs are Rottweiler and blue heeler mix.
