Adorable Golden Retriever Terrified To See Darth Vader For The First Time

Seeing Darth Vader for the first time is a formative experience, to be sure. And, if you’re young enough, the sight of the black-clad Star Wars villain emerging from the smoke and chaos of the opening battle of the OG Star Wars movie (Episode IV – A New Hope) can be downright scary.

Or, it can also be scary if you’re an adorable golden retriever, as was documented on TikTok last week by the @rustymetalcreation account last week.

Here’s the initial glimpse of the iconic scene, when Stormtroopers have secured the ship where the battle took place.

And then here’s the cute dog.

And then, as the dog watches the screen, that unmistakable figure appears from behind the smoke.

Is the dog outta here?

Yep, definitely.

Then, the camera cuts back to Darth Vader as the ominous music swells.

But wait, what’s this peeking out from behind the chair?
